Is it a miracle?

Words always fall short to describe the great things God has done for me. I submit all glory and honor to Jehovah alone.

July 17, 2023. It was the day my first book got published. Rather than mentioning it as a dream come true day, I would mention it as a day where the promises and plans of God came true for my life. It is not just a story but it is a miracle work of God and a story way beyond my imagination.

The story behind publishing begins here :

Traveling to a place where you know the exact route and destination is easy. Traveling to reach a destination of your choice without knowing the route is not easy.

It was a journey where I didn't know the route but had to reach the destination. There was nobody around me to at least give me some clue or directions. Confusions, fear of losing, stuck to me in between and faith seemed like a foolish. Come let's turn back the pages and recall the story again.

It was in the month of November 2022, God gave me the thought to write a book.

With no further delay, with complete faith in God and his wisdom, I started writing it. Days passed, months passed. I was almost done writing my book by the end of march 2023.

Furthermore, I started researching about publishing a book. I enquired about many people around me but to my surprise nobody came forward to guide me even though they had immense knowledge on the topic. I tried my best and failed over and over. At last, I said, God do thy will. Make a way for me.

One fine day, I was reading the book Unthinkable. Through the reading I found the name of the editor of the book. I searched their name on the internet. I found their email and immediately mailed them. I mentioned that I am so and so. I have written a book and it will be an honor if they take interest in editing my book. After a few hours I received a reply asking for more information about the book and budget.

Yes, the budget was my biggest problem since I am a student and there's no way I could earn money. I've read many stories in the bible and have seen God providing our needs before. Henceforth I trusted God to do his amazing thing and provide for me. And with the faith I replied back: I have an account in heaven and I have an ATM called prayer and Jesus is my provider. Do not worry about the budget, the divine will take care of it. Finally, his faithfulness is my fortress and with his grace editing came to an end successfully.

Now the designing. I found the designer and it took a month for them to design. When the work got completed I wasn't satisfied by the design. I was left with no idea. If the creator has designed the universe so amazingly beautiful, it wouldn't be difficult for him to design my book cover. I believed and he honored it. The final design was the best as you too can witness it as it's on my book cover. The process wasn't as easy as I'm mentioning it in a few lines.

The final process, publishing. One thing was clear for me that there's self publishing possible in our country. There are many fake websites too. I was stuck midway. How should I publish? Which company is good for it? All these questions were answered when I came to know about Notion Press. After so much research I finally decided to publish my book through Notion Press. It is inadequate to mention the price since it depends on so many Criteria.

I have written about all these processes in a few paragraphs. But I had not a single idea of these steps of publishing before. My knowledge about book publishing was so deep that I didn't even know that book had to be edited. Through it all, my faith in God was unshakable. I fully relied on him and miraculously saw the power of God manifesting amidst all the impossibilities. His faithfulness is my fortress.

When I enquired people about publishing, many laughed at me and said that it can never happen. I was totally quiet as I knew that what is meant for me will definitely come to me. Overall it's only the plan of God that comes true in our lives.

I still have my diary where, long before I owned a website, I wrote the name of my website and kept it safe. That website didn't remain in my diary and soon it happened the same.

To conclude,

You might not know the route but you know the destination. Relax, you'll reach there in the due time. Along the route of experiences, don't forget the destiny. Don't allow these excuses to put an end to your dream.  It might seem impossible but it is not. Everything is possible to the one who believes. Keep the faith always high and surely God will give you the wings to make your dream happen in reality. Have patience and work sincerely towards your goal. Do not let your messy situation make your vision messy. Keep your vision clear.
