The Battles of Adolescents

It's been a while since I started blogging. I'm amazed by the support and appreciation I received from my readers. I never imagined I would be able to reach the hearts of the people so soon. It's now been possible with the grace of almighty and my genuine readers. I am grateful to you. Please continue reading.

  Physically, mentally, spiritually our generation has been experiencing rapid changes. Life is getting advanced. While there are few important things adolescents are battling.

1. To begin with, the biggest battle we are facing is finding your identity.

Looking at the surroundings, various media's our generation has maximally failed to know their identity.

  The problem of our generation is that we are trying to look at ourselves in the eyes of others and in the perspective of other achievers and celebrities. Every human lives differently. Everyone has their own destiny to reach. God has created everyone so uniquely. Rather than becoming who God has created you to be, you are trying to find your identity in others perspective.

  You have your own identity and nobody can copy it and you cannot copy others. When you know your identity, you will become all you are created to be.

The spiritual aspect of finding your identity is finding your identity in God. You are God's creation and only in his love your true identity is found. No matter how unworthy you are. But you are precious in the eyes of the almighty. When you start experiencing his love you will definitely find your identity in him.

Secondly,

Few weeks back, I was listening to one of the videos. I heard an elderly person saying that a ten year old boy says he is anxious. Can a 10 year old boy be anxious? (He laughs)

  Elderly people find it hard to accept the younger generation facing anxiety and depression. But it is 100% true that even children are battling depression. If I go on mentioning the reasons, my blogging page wouldn't be enough. One of the major causes of getting anxious other than social media is running out of discipline and values of life and another major reason is losing patience and searching for shortcuts to achieve success in any field.

  Not all the ways lead you to victory. There is only one path. Running out of this path makes you a failure. Our generation neither wants to fail nor wants to win. Afraid of falling and don't dare to rise again. These things will definitely make you more anxious.

  Nowadays, in the younger generation, relationships are also causing depression and even making you compromise your identity. There are certain seasons for rain, winter and summer. Nature obeys these laws of the creator God. Likewise, in your life, there is a phase of childhood, adolescents, adult, ageing. There is a right age to be in a relationship. If you fail this, the whole phase of your life will be affected. Be costliest. Don't be too cheap to go with someone in a relationship at a very early age where you don't even know the meaning of life.

  The remedy for anxiousness is to be hopeful. Never lose your hope at any circumstances.

Thirdly,

Obedience. 

Obedience is a key to live a life of grace and abundance. Obedience doesn't just please your elders and parents. Obedience pleases God. Don't compromise obedience. Humble yourself and God will raise you at the right time.

Lastly,

Decision making

Upon reaching adolescent age, don't think you know everything and don't try to make your decision without proper guidance of your parents and elders. One of my quotes says, decision demands you to think twice because decisions are the reflection of who you want to be. Make the right decisions. Sometimes unknowingly we do make wrong decisions. It is fine but make sure you learn from it.

To tote up, I have mentioned a few battles adolescents are facing. There are so many battles in life and the only motivation to face battles in life is that without war there is no victory. Battles are there in life to face them not to run away from them. The more you run away from battles of life, the more you run away from victory.
