There are many reasons that make you overthink but I say, the supreme reason is YOU. That's true. You cannot go and blame your situation. It's in your hand to either think too much unnecessarily or to stop overthinking.
Your circumstances might have worsened, family problems, health issues, exams, future, work pressure and many more. All these factors forcefully get you into overthinking. It should not become continuous. Stop it right here. It has got no solution to your problems. It can only increases your problems and end up with more problems.
Don't add OVER before your thinking. Take a break. Start searching for solution rather than thinking negatively about your problems. Firstly peace has become rare in today's world, overthinking makes it even more rare.
